Order Confirmation

Policies set forth by clients prohibit mysweetspotproductions.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket is purchased or lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed unless the event is produced by Sweet Spot Productions. Sweet Spot Productions reserves the right to review these incidents on a case by case basis, but does not guarantee exchanges or refunds.

Billing Verification
Orders are processed upon verification of billing address and other billing information. Incorrect billing or credit card account information will delay processing and delivery. Sweet Spot Productions will try to contact the purchaser using information provided at the time of purchase, but reserves the right to cancel the purchaser's order and resell the tickets if unsuccessful after the initial attempt.
